Your Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) represents the operating expenses that you will incur during your stay on board your luxury yacht. Deductions from the APA include fuel for the yacht, tenders and watertoys, food and beverages. It can also include any associated berthing fees, communication charges, agent fees and other miscellaneous costs. The APA is usually based on 30% of the charter hire but this varies depending upon the number of charter guests, required activities and also the itinerary. The Captain will keep account of all the expenditure with receipts and in the event that there are funds left over at the end of the charter, the money is refunded.
